Morning roast beef & cheese bagel
An oriental wrap of juicy and moist chicken thighs, served over cheese, tomatoes, onions, and a special homemade garlic mayonnaise. The warm chicken is added at the end to the cheese which instantly melts creating a yummy combination. The wrap is finished off with green sprouts for extra freshness.
1 tablespoon gherkin pickles (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon dill (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
1 bagel
2 slices roast beef
1 slice Frico Maasdam cheese
3 slices tomatoes
2 slices iceberg lettuce
To prepare the mayonnaise, mix finely chopped pickles and chopped fresh dill with mayonnaise and mustard.
Slice the bagel open and spread the mayonnaise mix on the bottom piece.
Arrange roast beef then cheese, followed by the tomatoes and lettuce. Add the upper bagel half on top, press gently and serve cold!
