Raspberry goat cheese salad
Enjoy this delicious goat cheese & raspberry salad as a side dish or as a healthy lunch. Just add your favorite dressing!
PREPARATION TIME

2 tablespoons olive oil vinaigrette
2 packs pak choi
1 pack asparagus
4 oz raspberries
2 oz crumbled Frico Chevrette cheese
2 tablespoons pine nuts
Combine raspberries, pakchoi, asparagus, cheese, nuts and vinaigrette and toss until blended.
